EMBRACING THE WHOLE YOU

This transformational healing and coaching experience will anchor you in self-appreciation, helping you to become a high vibrational magnet for the things you desire most!

 

To embrace the whole you means developing a deep relationship with one's self, committing to the exploration of your magical interior. The process requires that you unabashedly and lovingly prioritize your care in each realm of who you are: Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual. With Self-love as your foundation, you can only win!

WHOLE BEING WITH ENERGY CLEARING

The first two months of the program are focused on clearing and healing you energetically using the Emotion Code and Reiki modalities. You'll discover the components of your energetic system and how to engage the power to heal yourself. We'll also step into some of the foundational self-care practices of meditation and breathwork.

WHOLE BEING WITH PRACTICE

In months 3 through 6, we'll set the energetic boundaries necessary for your healing and growth and bring awareness to core beliefs that need shifting. During this time you'll also experience and learn a wide menu of practices to maintain your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health (PEMS).

Practices will draw from Ayurveda, Qi Gong, holistic movement including the Nia Technique, The Five Rhythms, and yoga. You will strengthen your meditation and breathwork techniques and will explore healthy food guidelines and recipes and how to use superfoods. We'll also indulge in the healing use of essential oils and flower essences. And finally, we'll enhance your spiritual life with the creation of your personal sacred space using crystals, incense, herbs and candles.

WE WILL GO ON A SACRED JOURNEY TOGETHER

Our journey will begin with addressing your concerns (what have you noticed is out of balance in your life) and setting your personal goals. Each week we will build on the next as we clear and release old, congested energy and establish new lifestyle practices that will fortify and strengthen you holistically.

 

We will meet (in person and/or on Zoom) twice a month for 2 hours each meeting, with an additional, one-hour-long check-in meeting. Handouts, emails, and texts will round out our monthly discussions.
